The Homecoming Breath

RITUAL ONE
THE HOMECOMING BREATH
Phase 1 — The Whisper
A ritual for the moment you realize you’ve drifted away from yourself.
There are times in a woman’s life when she suddenly feels the distance between who she is… and who she’s been living as.
Not in dramatic ways.
Not in collapses or crises.
Just a soft ache —
a quiet tug that whispers,
“Come back.”
This ritual is your return.
You don’t need silence or time for this. Just your body as it is.
Sip — Arrive
Sit for a moment, even if your day is already full.
Rest your hand on your heart.
Feel your breath without trying to change it.
Let your body know you’re finally here.
Pour — Breathe Yourself Back
Inhale slowly through your nose.
Let your lungs open at their own pace.
Hold briefly — just long enough to feel your fullness.
Then sigh it out through your mouth,
letting the tension melt one small layer at a time.
Stir — Anchor
Whisper softly,
“I’m here.”
Feel how those two quiet words pull you back
into your own presence,
your own warmth,
your own life.
This is your homecoming.
